Delivery & Collection




  • Please note we deliver to UK Mainland only.
  • Delivery is free for items purchased online for delivery to a UK mainland address. (Items purchased in our galleries, that are not on the website, may be subject to delivery charges).

  • Please allow up to 10 working days for your delivery to arrive. This allows time for the painting or sculpture to be removed from the gallery, carefully checked & packaged, entered onto the courier system, collected, and transported to you.

  • We will be in touch to arrange a convenient delivery date prior to sending your order and will notify you once your item has been despatched. Where possible we will provide tracking details.

  • Please note, it may not be possible to change the delivery address once your order is processed.

  • We check every item with great care prior to despatch and, when packaging items, go to great lengths to protect them. If you see any signs of damage to the parcel on receipt – or suspect damage – please sign for the package as ‘damaged’ and take a photograph before unpacking. 

  • If the artwork arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours by email with a photograph of the damage.



  • You can collect your purchase from either of our Dunster or Lynmouth galleries. Please specify your preference on checkout.

  • We will confirm when your item is ready for collection. This may take 2 – 3 days as the item may not be in your chosen gallery.

  • Please note, it may not be possible to change collection gallery once your order is processed.



  • Please ensure you are fully committed to owning the work of art before purchasing online.
  • The majority of artworks we sell are one-off fine art originals. As such we cannot provide ad-hoc refunds. Any refunds are made by agreement and provided as an exchange or credit note.


  • Ashleigh Bishop Ltd reserves the right to cancel the sale should the artwork be unavailable or incorrectly priced.
